We schedule as quickly as we can, often within a day or two, and sometimes same day when the glass is already in stock. Less common vehicles may take a little longer to source the right glass. We'll always give you a realistic time up front.

It's simple on your end. Tell us your insurer and we help you start the claim, confirm your coverage (Florida's deductible rules changed in 2023, so it depends on your policy), schedule the work, and bill the insurer directly where possible. We'll tell you anything you'd owe before we begin.

Yes. We stand behind our installs. We use quality glass and proper urethane, and if a leak or workmanship issue ever traces back to our installation, we'll make it right. Your windshield is a safety part, and we treat it that way.

It's risky. The windshield supports your roof and backs up your airbags, and a crack weakens it. Add Southwest Florida heat that spreads damage fast, and a crack in your line of sight is a visibility hazard on top of that. If it's spreading or in your view, get it handled sooner rather than later.

Not when the right glass is used. Features like rain sensors, acoustic interlayers, heating elements, and heads-up display all require glass built to that spec. We match your vehicle's features and reconnect everything, so your car works exactly as it did before.

Yes. Many windshields have a shade band at the top, and many windows carry factory privacy tint. We match the correct glass for your vehicle so it looks and performs like the original.
